We have numerous blockmen that can cut any cut of meat that you would like. We buy directly from the abattoir and hang our meat before cutting. Most is then vacuumed to ensure that you get tender mature meat. Try some of our specialties which include our boerwors, cheese wors and smoked chillie wors.
